So let’s quickly Recap past multi Doctor stories
I felt that Day of the Doctor felt more nu Who a lot as only the Doctor’s, The Curator and Zygons appeared. I felt we needed a classic companion to fill in by helping Clara and maybe a classic doctor as well. Having the Doctors was great but I felt they needed to be a stability to make it more funnier and more arguments.
Two Doctors lacked that as it was a rescue mission but I loved the fact that 6 was so angry and still at the end when he was warned by his past self.
Time Crash was a big comic story and I enjoyed it so much with 5 getting too stressed out am doing 10 being so honoured.
My favourite ones at the moment are the Three Doctors and Five Doctors, both of them has 2 and 3 argue make me laugh multiple times.
BACK TO THE PREVIEW
Peter Capaldi is leaving in an episodes time and will replaced in a series first by Jodie Whittaker who will join at the end.
Peter will be joined by David Bradley who you may remember from 2013 when he played William Hartnell/First Doctor in Adventures in Space and time docudrama by Mark Gatiss who will make his final Whoniverse appearance for now as the Captain.
This preview has definitely got my hopes up of Steven Moffat finishing on a high as he is had made me angry recently of certain results but mostly made me happy and emotionally connected with certain scenes.
The main highlight is Peter is definitely proving himself as his Doctor now working with a Doctor he begun and grew with but the main thing to notice that David Bradley has definitely now the Doctor as I think he has got what it takes to show an make William proud of his legacy.
You may think that Mark Gatiss might be irratiting by interrupting but it’s nice to create comedic effect and Mark is at his best ever since he begun his tenure and his character is in danger as well but by whom?
I like the fact that 12 uses spoilers to divulge more future history being divulged to the Captain. Like the fact that River has taught him something.
I give it 10/10 Bring on Christmas!
